Live betting odds on cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are updated in real time. 877com cannot guarantee that in-play odds displayed at the time you select a bet will be available at the time your bet is confirmed. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 877com, the Player should first contact 877com's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 877com will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under 877com's gaming licence.
Players and 877com agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days before initiating any formal dispute resolution process. This clause does not limit a Player's right to file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority at any time.
877com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — 877com will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to all registered account holders.
